Personal Description: I am a recent graduate from University of Cambridge with strong passion in inspiring students. Always having a passion in teaching, I think that my past academic and professional experiences developed critical skills in the following four aspects, which will be critical assets I could bring to become an excellent tutor for you:

• Extensive experiences – Having been a social entrepreneur myself, I had challenged myself and succeeded in seeking independence from external funding through creating profit-making points, and in mixing effective development work with the joy of being creative. I had been continuously mobilizing new resources to grow my business, which will add much to the flavor of my teaching if I teach International Business or Economics or even Mandarin.

• Creative thinking & Problem-solving – Most of my past experiences was gravitated to strategic planning and creative thinking in searching for something creative and less routine; however, turning those ideas into reality had required me of the attention to details and pragmatism. I will use this skill to balance my teaching to make sure that my students both learn and enjoy.

•Organization skill & Experience with young people – my experiences of organising events at schools and winter/summer camps had enhanced my capacity of event organisation and management, and developed my knowledge about working with teenagers and a strong sense of responsibility, and could taking good care of people’s alternation between excitement and potential boredom.

Teaching Experience: Organised and implemented 3 summer camps, accumulatively attracting 150 teenagers (aged 9-12) to learn English through watching movies with original soundtrack.
